Champion was prompt, friendly, and took care of my broken pipe quickly and efficiently. Jimmy was friendly and professional, and both he and the dispatcher (Joseph?) were wonderful at keeping me informed of when to expect them. I think I have now (finally) found my "Go-To" plumbing company!

Troy Dove stopped by to check on a faulty water line for our refrigerator. Turned out to be an issue for a refrigerator tech to take care of. Troy recommended a great company, Jim's After Hours Appliance Repair. If not for Troy, we would have not known about Jim's. Appreciate Troy's expertise, honesty, and advice. I had an excellent experience with 1st Call (Champion) plumbing service. Thanks to Mr Koby Kaczmarek. They were prompt, professional, and clearly knowledgeable. Not only did they quickly assess the issue, but they also explained everything in simple terms and gave a fair estimate to what was required. It is such a relief to have reliable workmanship at my home site. Highly recommend their service.

I lost hot water over the weekend and waited til Monday to look for service. Having been in the industry (10 years ago), I knew about what the repair would be and the process needed. I paid a little more than expected (again I am used to 10 years ago prices) but I do believe the value is there. Josh Ashcraft was my technician. The water heater part was warrantable but we were unsure of its local availability. Josh was able to find the part somewhat locally, drive to get it, and complete the install to make sure my family (2 young kids and wife) did not have to go another day without hot water. Much appreciated.
